Our Intro Classes:
Intro to Fashion Classes are held every Saturday and Sunday Class Schedule: for 3 hour session. Student can register online.
• PM1 Schedule Saturday 12:45pm – 3:45 pm
• PM2 Schedule Saturday 4:45 pm – 7:45 pm
• AM1 Schedule Sunday 12:45pm – 3:45 pm
Week day Classes are available by email request.
• PM1 Schedule Thursday 3:45 pm – 6:45pm
• PM2 Schedule Tuesday 6 pm – 9 pm
*Depending on student enrollment an availability classes my open on others days of the week.
Intro to Fashion Sewing: Sewing Operations. $60 dollar course
3 hour Class
The goal of the class is to learn how to use a sewing machine. The class teaches student about sewing machine basics, threading, and care. Student will also learn about the difference between knits and woven fabrics ending the class sewing a t-shirt or bodice.
Students can use the machines that we have available for rent or can bring their own personal machine. The rental fee is included in tuition for all students, however student who bring their machine will be given a $5 dollar TKDG gift card that can be used towards lab time, sewing/design tutoring, or our mini fabric and notions store.

How to Start a Clothing Line: Clothing Line 101. $60 dollar course
3 hour Class
Starting clothing line is definitely not a walk in the park and there are a ton of decisions to be made. This class offers students knowledge with information that can help them in taking the steps to starting a fashion business.
Students will learn about product development, marketing, and consumer research.

Fashion Professor Koffa Sewing and Studio Courses
$400 dollars/four weeks/ 2hours per week
Starts the first Saturday or Thursday of every month and last for four consecutive weeks.
Saturday and Thursday Class Schedule: Four session, for 2 hours each session.
- AM1 Schedule Saturday 9am -11am
- AM2 Schedule Saturday 11:30am -1:30pm
- PM Schedule Saturday 2pm -4pm
- PM Schedule Thursday 6pm -8pm
Based on enrollment request *Sunday AM Session are available.
- AM1 Schedule *Sunday 9am -11noon
- AM2 Schedule *Sunday 11:30am -1:30noon
*Private Instruction is available ate $35 per hour of instruction.

FPK Lab 101: How to Sew: Basic and Continuing Sewing
Students learn the basic professional techniques used in the construction of designers’ sample garments. Sewing techniques–including cutting, construction, and finishing–are explored, using industrial equipment to create sample garments in cotton or cotton-type fabrics
FPK Lab 101: Sewing Techniques 1,2, and 3
FPK Lab 200: The Fashion Knockoff Series
The Fashion Knockoff Courses enables students to elevate their basic sewing skills to level of understanding how to replicate a fashion style and design. With three courses offered to address this topic, students learn to construct tops, bottoms, and dress using industry methods in three separate courses. Through lectures and demonstrations, students evaluate different levels of quality garments to better understand construction and costing. Prerequisite(s): FPK Lab 101: Sewing Techniques I or Sewing Comp Test

Builds upon skills learned in Sewing Techniques I. Students learn new and more complex design room construction, and develop advanced techniques currently used in the fashion industry. Prerequisite(s): FPK Lab 101: Sewing Techniques I or Sewing Comp Test
